Built to last. Backed for life.
A Note from Homestead Brand
When we started Homestead Brand, we had one simple goal: make leather goods that outlast the throwaway culture around us. The kind of belt or wallet your grandfather would’ve worn — sturdy, honest, and built to serve.
That’s why we stand behind every piece with our Lifetime Guarantee.
Real leather changes with time. Your belt will soften, darken, and show marks from a life well lived. That’s not failure — that’s the beauty of the material. Eventually, everything wears out. But ours won’t be replaced every couple of years. You’ll get your money’s worth — and then some.
And if something ever goes wrong because of us — a buckle breaks, a stitch gives out, or a flaw sneaks past our eyes — we’ll make it right. Repair it, replace it, whatever it takes.

Homestead Brand Lifetime Guarantee
We make honest, American-made leather goods designed to last. Every product we make is backed by our Lifetime Guarantee.
What “Lifetime” Means
“Lifetime” refers to the usable lifetime of the product — the period it can reasonably serve its intended purpose under normal use. Leather is natural. Over time it will soften, develop patina, and show marks. Those changes are expected and not defects. Eventually, every product will wear out; our promise is that you’ll get real value and years of dependable use before that day comes.
What We Cover
- Craftsmanship defects that affect performance.
- Stitching failure outside of normal wear.
- Hardware failure (buckles, rivets, snaps, keepers) under normal use.
If a covered issue occurs, we’ll repair or replace the product at no cost to you.
What We Don’t Cover
- Normal wear and tear: scuffs, scratches, fading, stretching, cracking from age/use, patina, or softening.
- Cosmetic changes that don’t affect function (color variation, minor surface marks, grain variation).
- Damage from misuse, neglect, or accidents (improper sizing or use, pet damage, chemicals, extreme moisture/heat, fire, alteration or modification).
- Non-Homestead alterations (third-party repairs or modifications void coverage for related issues).
- Change in size needed
- Lost or stolen items.

Warranty FAQ
Does “lifetime” mean my lifetime?
No — it refers to the product’s usable lifetime under normal use. Leather naturally ages and will eventually wear out. Our promise is that you’ll get many years of reliable service — and if a workmanship or hardware issue appears along the way, we’ll make it right.
Do you cover normal wear and tear?
Normal wear (scuffs, scratches, patina, stretching, softening, age-related cracking) isn’t a defect and isn’t covered. Those changes are part of why real leather looks better with time.
What if my size changed or I used the belt for something unusual?
Improper use or sizing isn’t covered. We’re happy to help you choose the right size before you buy.
Will you repair or replace?
We try to repair first to preserve your leather’s character. If a repair isn’t practical, we’ll replace with the same or closest current model.
How do I start a claim?
Email support@homesteadbrand.com with photos and your order number, or use our contact form. We’ll respond with next steps.
