Buck 110 Folding Hunter Knife — Made in the USA

The Buck 110 Folding Hunter is one of the most recognizable American-made folding knives ever built. Introduced in 1964, the Model 110 helped establish the locking folding hunting knife as a serious alternative to a fixed blade, and the basic design has remained a classic for generations. Buck still lists the 110 among its current folding and hunting knives.

This is a personal favorite around the Homestead Brand shop. You'd be hard-pressed to find one of us without a Buck 110 close at hand. We like it for essentially the same reasons we like good leather goods: simple materials, proven construction, American manufacturing, and a design that doesn't need to be reinvented every few years.

The classic Buck 110 combines a 3 3/4-inch 420HC stainless steel clip-point blade with a traditional lockback mechanism, genuine ebony handle scales, and solid brass bolsters. Closed, it measures 4 7/8 inches and weighs approximately 7.2 ounces, giving it the substantial feel the original 110 is known for. Buck's published specifications also pair the standard 110 with a genuine leather sheath.

Unlike lightweight modern folders, the Buck 110 isn't trying to disappear in your pocket. It's a traditional folding hunting knife made to feel solid in the hand, ride on a belt in its sheath, and handle years of ordinary use.

Why We Carry the Buck 110

Homestead Brand is an authorized Buck Knives reseller. We primarily make our own leather goods, so we're selective about the products from other American manufacturers that make it into our shop.

The Buck 110 belongs here.

It's made in Post Falls, Idaho, USA, just across the state line from our shop in eastern Washington. It has the kind of straightforward construction and long-standing American manufacturing story that fits naturally alongside the goods we make ourselves.

Whether you're looking for a traditional folding hunting knife, a dependable everyday knife, or simply the classic Buck 110 Folding Hunter, this is the original pattern that generations of outdoorsmen have carried.
